Late Collection Fees

Late Collection FeesIt is very important that children are collected on time, therefore we have late charges, and fees will be charged whatever the circumstance of you collecting your child late.

Late fee is £5 for up to the first 5 minutes and an additional £5 will be added for every 5 minutes thereafter, you will be required to pay within 14 days.

Fees are still payable if you do not bring your child in due to illness or any other absence. Fees are still payable on Bank holiday dates and Christmas closures. We are also closed for the first week in August, which is not payable by parents. You will be informed of the closure dates each year.

Once you have selected the dates that you wish your children to attend the nursery, you will be required to give 4 weeks’ notice if you wish to reduce their days or change the days, subject to availability.

4 weeks notice must be given in writing when terminating a placement, failure to do this will result in you losing your deposit. If your child leaves the setting and 4 weeks notice has been given and your account is up to date with us. You will receive your full deposit in cheque form 4 weeks after your child leaves the setting.

30 Hours Free Funding

30-hour free funding is available for 3-year olds with the required code before the term beginning and eligibility is confirmed. The website to check your eligibility is www.childcarechoices.gov.uk.

Free FundingThe eligibility criteria are the same as the ones for Tax-Free Childcare, except you can continue to get these types of support at the same time as 30 hours’ free childcare:

• Tax credits
• Universal Credit
• Childcare vouchers or salary sacrifice schemes
• Childcare grants and bursaries

You will need to check your eligibility each term. Children doing 4 or 5 days a week parents will pay the additional cost and therefore no meal money would be required. The fee for the week will be charged at £109

We also offer 30 hours funding from the hours of 8am-6pm over three days of the week.

There will be a charged of £7.50 a week for meals. The nursery meals cost is for during term time only for children only doing the free 30 hours funding. And the full cost of the fees is to be payable during half terms and summer holidays.
